Our hearts are with everyone in Western North Carolina as we begin to heal and rebuild from the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene. This storm has deeply impacted so many in our community, and while we’ve felt the challenges as well, we are incredibly thankful that our team is safe and able to continue serving you with court date support, bail assistance, and, most importantly, compassion for all. Through these trying times, our commitment to standing by you has never been stronger.

With courts experiencing closures and delays, it’s crucial to stay informed about your court dates. We’re here to guide you through these challenges. You can check for updates here or contact us directly for assistance.

Despite disruptions, we’re working tirelessly to keep our phone lines open. If you’re unable to reach us by phone, please visit our contact page or quote page for resources and additional ways to contact us. Whether it’s tracking court information or providing bail support, we’re here for you.

North Carolina officials have provided the following list of distribution centers where donations can be delivered for counties affected by Hurricane Helene:

Where to Volunteer

If you're able, we encourage you to volunteer with the local 828 organizations working tirelessly to assist those affected by Hurricane Helene. Your time and effort, no matter the amount, can make a real difference in helping our community rebuild and recover. Together, we can make an impact.

*If you are in the area*, Buncombe County is fielding requests to volunteer in recovery efforts. Officials request adults 18 or older to email  helenevolunteers@buncombecounty.org. If your time frame and skill set match their needs, a staff member will reply with a location and contact person. The office warns that responses could be slow.
